Refund Policies

We strive to be fair and flexible. Please review our policies below regarding returns and cancellations.

Retail Products

  • Unused Items: Return within 14 days with original packaging and receipt for a full refund via the original payment method. (Store credit issued without receipt).

  • Pool-Tested Items: Eligible for exchange only (equal value).

  • Used Items: We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items used in fresh or saltwater.

Training Courses

  • Non-Refundable: Once enrolled and materials are issued, course fees are non-refundable due to certification agency costs and scheduling.

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule within 6 months of the start date. A rescheduling fee may apply to cover instructor, pool, or boat costs.

  • No-Shows: Failure to attend without notice results in forfeiture of all fees.

  • Transfers: If you relocate, we can assist in transferring your digital materials to another center.

Dive Charters

  • If We Cancel: (Weather/Mechanical): Full refund or credit.

  • If You Cancel:

    • 48+ Hours Prior: 100% Refund.

    • 24–48 Hours Prior: 50% Refund (or credit).

    • < 24 Hours / No-Show: No Refund.

  • Note: No refunds are given for seasickness, late arrival, or visibility issues.
