Refund Policy
At Space Coast Dive Center, we are committed to providing you with top-notch products, courses, charters and trips that reflect our passion for the underwater world. We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, which is why we try to have a flexible refund and return policy in place to ensure your satisfaction every step of the way.
For Products: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 15 days for a full refund or exchange. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt. Refunds will be made using the original payment method. If you are unable to locate your receipt, store credit will be issued in the amount of the original purchase price.
Items that have been used in the pool are eligible for exchange only. Exchanges will be made for equal value to the purchased product. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been used in fresh or saltwater.
Training Course Refund Policy: At Space Coast Dive Center, we’re committed to providing quality training and flexible scheduling for all students. Once a student is enrolled and course materials have been issued, all course fees are non-refundable.
This policy exists because registration immediately triggers several costs, including:

Access to eLearning materials and certification processing

Reserved class spots, pool sessions, dive charters, and instructor scheduling
We understand that unexpected things can happen. If you need to make a change:

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your course within 6 months of your original start date, based on class availability.

Rescheduling Fees: If you are unable to attend a scheduled session and need to postpone, a rescheduling fee may apply per session. This covers costs already paid for instructor time, pool rental, or dive charter fees.

Transfer: If you relocate or cannot complete your training with us, we can assist in transferring your digital training materials to another dive center.

No-Shows: Students who fail to attend scheduled sessions without prior notice forfeit their course fees.
Each course description clearly outlines what is and isn’t included — such as transportation, personal gear, additional equipment per course and rental equipment — so please review the details carefully before registering.

For Charters: If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your Charter, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to be rescheduled. No refunds will be given on charters, if for any reason you cancel (with 48 hour notice), the boat cancels, mechanical issues or weather you will be given an instore credit. If you cancel less than 48 hours no refund or store credit will be issued.
For Trips: Our scuba diving trips are carefully planned to provide you with unforgettable underwater experiences. In the event that you need to cancel your trip, please read our Terms and Conditions regarding our policy.
