Retail Products

Unused Items: Return within 14 days with original packaging and receipt for a full refund via the original payment method. (Store credit issued without receipt).

Pool-Tested Items: Eligible for exchange only (equal value).

Used Items: We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items used in fresh or saltwater.
Training Courses

Non-Refundable: Once enrolled and materials are issued, course fees are non-refundable due to certification agency costs and scheduling.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule within 6 months of the start date. A rescheduling fee may apply to cover instructor, pool, or boat costs.

No-Shows: Failure to attend without notice results in forfeiture of all fees.

Transfers: If you relocate, we can assist in transferring your digital materials to another center.
