-
After the course, you can choose to complete full specialties based on the dives you liked.
-
Please Note: Once you’re enrolled and your eLearning access has been issued, course fees are non-refundable.
If something comes up and you need to reschedule, no problem — just keep in mind that a rescheduling fee may apply per session to cover instructor, pool, or charter costs already reserved.

The AOWD course is about gaining more diving experience, practicing navigation, improving buoyancy, and sampling different types of diving. It’s a great way to explore new underwater activities and develop your diving skills further.
Courses will need a minumum of 3 students to begin. If you sign up for a course that has less than 3 students 1 week before start date we will reach out to reschedule you for another class.
* If you are unable to complete the schedule you sign up for there will be a rescheduling fee of $25 for each session that needs to be rescheduled greater than a 72 hour notice, less than 72 hours will be a $50 reschedule fee per session rescheduled.
This program is a great stepping stone for divers looking to advance their skills and experience a range of diving activities. It also aligns with SSI’s philosophy of continuing education, where divers are encouraged to specialize and earn recognition ratings like SSI Specialty Diver, SSI Advanced Open Water Diver, and SSI Master Diver.
